IFS series 20L automatic multi-head filling machine
This system includes a fully automatic liquid filling machine host, control system and weighing system, supporting conveyor system and closed filling room, and can optionally be configured with an electrostatic grounding monitoring system, overflow pipeline insulation device, offline continuous insulation device, etc. The machine body adopts a variety of filling methods and is suitable for various liquid materials. The entire system has the characteristics of simple operation, efficient and reliable equipment, and stable target accuracy.
Working Process
- After the empty barrel enters the filling system, the barrel mouth is positioned through the automatic positioning system. Automatic nitrogen filling is performed first (the time can be set). After the nitrogen filling is completed, the system automatically removes the tare weight and automatically fills according to the set value. The process is divided into fast filling (coarse filling) and slow filling (fine filling). Accurate filling reaches the target value. Filling is controlled by servo, and bottom filling is inserted. As the filling liquid level rises, the spray gun rises accordingly (bottom filling or above liquid filling can be selected on the touch screen), which effectively reduces the generation of foam and static electricity and achieves a high-quality, safe and precise filling operation process.
